Below are our estimated shipping times for most pawsonalized (custom-made) items. These pieces are crafted with our artisan partners in China and shipped internationally from our fulfillment center there. All timeframes are calculated in calendar days:

United States (Contiguous U.S.)	7 - 10 days
Canada	7 - 12 days
Australia	8 - 15 days
New Zealand	8 - 15 days
United Kingdom	3 - 7 days
France	5 - 10 days
Germany	5 - 8 days

 

Shipping Time (Ready-Made / Selected  Custom-Made Items)

Below are our estimated shipping times for selected custom-made and ready-made items. These items ship domestically from within the United States when the destination is a U.S. address. For all other destinations, items are shipped internationally. All timeframes are calculated in calendar days:
