Choose the design that best matches your pet, select your preferred style, and upload at least 1 clear reference photo (3–5 recommended). Include a rear view for back markings.
STEP 2

Review Design Proof (Optional)

If requested, we’ll email you a draft within 2-4 Days. Please reply within 7 Days to approve or request changes. Once approved, or if no draft is needed, your piece will join our crafting queue.
STEP 3

Handcrafting & Shipping

Your piece will be handcrafted and finished in 4-5 Weeks. Once completed, it will be shipped to you. Shipping times usually range from 4-12 Business Days.

Will my piece or my pet’s photos be shared publicly?

We love sharing the pieces we create with our community. If you’d prefer not to have your finished piece or your pet’s photos shared on our website or social media, please leave a note when placing your order or let us know via DM or email. We’ll respect your preference.

When sharing photos of your pet, we blur backgrounds and avoid showing people or revealing personal information.
What’s the difference between Pawsonalized and Bespoke charms?

Pawsonalized charms use an existing silhouette, with colors, markings, and small details personalized to resemble your pet. The overall outline stays the same. A Design Proof is optional for an extra fee.

Bespoke charms feature a silhouette and design created specifically for your pet, based on your photos. This option offers more flexibility, and a Design Proof is included at no extra charge.
What if my pet looks different from the Pawsonalized charm shown?

With a Pawsonalized charm, we’ll match your pet’s facial colors and markings as closely as possible, while keeping the charm’s existing silhouette. If you’d like the silhouette customized to your pet, choose a Bespoke charm. We’ll design its outline and facial details using the clear, front-facing photos you provide.
How is the charm made, and what is it made of?

We primarily use goatskin and sheepskin leather, and occasionally cowhide. To capture your pet’s colors and markings, we cut and shape each piece by hand. We then punch the stitch holes and sew the charm by hand. Each charm takes hours of careful work to make.
What photos and details do I need to provide?

Please upload at least 1 clear, front-facing photo of your pet. We recommend 3–5 photos to help us understand their colors, facial features, and markings.

If you’d like us to capture markings on the back of your pet’s head, please include 1–2 clear photos of the back as well.

Choose photos taken in natural, even lighting, without strong sunlight, deep shadows, or filters. You can also leave notes about any distinctive details you’d like us to pay attention to.
Will I receive a Design Proof before production begins?

Design Proofs are included with Bespoke orders and available for an extra fee with Pawsonalized orders. We typically prepare your proof within 2–5 days and email it to you before production. You’ll have 7 days to approve it or request refinements.

For Pawsonalized charms, we can adjust colors, markings, and small details within the existing silhouette. To customize the outline, please choose Bespoke. If we don’t hear back within 7 days, we’ll consider the proof approved and begin production.
Should I choose a metal ring, a leather loop, or a metal ring with leather loop?

Our newest option pairs a metal ring with a detachable leather loop. Use the charm as a keychain, clip it onto your bag’s hardware, or use the loop for a thicker handle.

The metal ring gives the charm a shorter drop. You might prefer it for a smaller bag, metal hardware, or a slim strap.

The leather loop lets the charm hang a little lower. You might prefer it for a thicker handle or a taller bag. It complements bags without metal hardware for a clean, all-leather look.

Choose whichever works best for your bag and your style.
How do I care for my leather charm?

Gently remove dust with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, harsh cleaners, prolonged sunlight or heat, and rubbing against rough surfaces. If it gets wet, blot it gently and let it air-dry.
Does it come ready to gift?

Yes. Each Ready to Wear leather charm arrives in our signature beige box, with a linen-textured fabric pouch for safekeeping.
Is free shipping available?

Free Shipping on $50+ Orders. This applies to eligible non-remote destinations when your order reaches US$50 after discounts and before taxes. Available options and final costs are shown at checkout.
Which countries and regions do you ship to?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. We may expand to more countries and regions in the future.
When will I receive my order?

For Pawsonalized or Bespoke pieces, please allow 2–5 days for design preparation, around 4 weeks for production, and approximately 4–12 days for shipping, depending on your selected shipping method.

If your order includes a Design Proof, please also allow time for review and revisions. You’ll have 7 days to respond, and this stage can extend the overall timeline depending on how quickly the design is finalized.

Without a Design Proof review, the estimated total is around 5–7 weeks from ordering to delivery. All timelines are estimates, not guarantees.
Can I cancel or return my Pawsonalized or Bespoke order?

Each Pawsonalized or Bespoke piece is made for you and your pet, so we don’t accept returns for change of mind. Cancellation refunds depend on your order’s progress when we receive your request:

  • Before design begins: A full refund, including any Design Proof fees.
  • After design begins, but before entering our production queue: 75% of the product price.
  • Once in our production queue, but before shipping: 30% of the product price.
  • After shipping: Orders cannot be canceled.

These terms apply whether or not your order includes a Design Proof. Design usually begins within 1–2 days, but this is not a guaranteed cancellation window.

Once design begins, Design Proof fees are non-refundable. Partial refunds apply only to the product price.

If your item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or has a significant design issue, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can review it and help with an appropriate solution.
What if my Pawsonalized or Bespoke piece is different from the confirmed design?

If you believe your piece is significantly different from the confirmed design, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos showing the differences.

We’ll review your concerns against the confirmed design and work with you on an appropriate solution if a significant discrepancy is confirmed.

Minor variations in color, shape, or texture are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
