We will create your custom illustration directly based on the uploaded photo. If any clarification is needed due to photo quality or composition, we will reach out before proceeding.

3. Printing and production
After the illustration is completed, your artwork will be printed onto the canvas tote. Production typically takes about 1 week, depending on the number of orders in the queue.

4. Receive the tote
Once finished, your order will be carefully packed and shipped. Processing and shipping usually take about 2 weeks. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s on its way to you.
