Choose whether you’d like to add engraving on the front or back. Then upload a clear reference photo along with any notes for your order. If you’re unsure which photo works best, feel free to upload a few and we’ll help you choose.

2. Receive 2D mockup through email
We’ll send you a mockup to preview within 1-3 days to help confirm the look and composition before we start 3D modeling.

3. Wait for the artwork to be created
Once the draft is confirmed, your piece will be handcrafted within 3-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and the number of orders in the queue. If you need it sooner, feel free to let us know. We’ll do our best to see if it’s possible.

4. Receive the piece
Once finished, your order will be carefully packed and shipped. Processing and shipping usually take about 2 weeks. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s on its way to you.

Handcrafted in silver with an oxidized finish, it carries a soft, aged look that adds warmth and depth to its surface. Each pendant is individually designed, modeled, and polished by hand, allowing subtle variations that give every piece its own character.
As light moves across the surface, it reveals a gentle glow that echoes your pet’s presence and the care behind its making. The oxidized tone lends a timeless quality, making the pendant feel familiar and full of life from the very first touch.
