How it Works: Custom Sterling Silver Pet Portrait Pendant

    1. Choose the style and upload the photo

    Choose whether you’d like to add engraving on the front or back. Then upload a clear reference photo along with any notes for your order. If you’re unsure which photo works best, feel free to upload a few and we’ll help you choose.

    2. Receive 2D mockup through email

    We’ll send you a mockup to preview within 1-3 days to help confirm the look and composition before we start 3D modeling.

    3. Wait for the artwork to be created

    Once the draft is confirmed, your piece will be handcrafted within 3-5 weeks, depending on the complexity and the number of orders in the queue. If you need it sooner, feel free to let us know. We’ll do our best to see if it’s possible.

    4. Receive the piece

    Once finished, your order will be carefully packed and shipped. Processing and shipping usually take about 2 weeks. We’ll let you know as soon as it’s on its way to you.

This customized pendant was created by Waggy Waggy in collaboration with Yuan Su, a studio specializing in handcrafted jewelry. Each piece is carefully made to capture the gentle details that make your pet who they are. Handcrafted in silver with an oxidized finish, it carries a soft, aged look that adds warmth and depth to its surface.

Each pendant is designed, modeled, and polished by hand. The surface catches light softly, echoing your pet’s quiet expression and the care behind its making. The oxidized tone gives each piece a timeless character, making it feel familiar and full of life from the very first touch.

The pendant can be worn close to your heart as a keepsake or placed somewhere special at home. Each one holds its own quiet story, a reflection of your bond and the moments you keep close.
