Free Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on orders of $50 or more (after discounts, before taxes) to non-remote areas only.
For eligible orders of $50 or more, we may also offer discounted faster shipping options, such as Standard shipping. Available free shipping and shipping discounts will be automatically calculated at checkout and reflected in the final shipping price.
Eligible free shipping regions currently include:
- United States (Contiguous; excluding Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, military addresses, and remote or outlying areas)
- Canada
- Australia (Metropolitan; excluding remote and outlying areas)
- New Zealand
Free shipping is not currently available for remote areas, outlying regions, islands, territories, or other locations that may require special carrier handling or incur additional shipping costs.
We may expand our free shipping coverage to additional regions in the future.
Shipping & Delivery Time
Shipping timelines vary by destination and item type. Please review your estimated shipping time by country and region here. All shipping timelines shown on that page refer to transit time only and do not include crafting or production time for pawsonalized (custom) products. All pawsonalized (custom) items require crafting or production time prior to shipment. Production timelines vary depending on the complexity of the piece and are listed on each product page.
Shipping Delays
Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to seasonal shipping volume, local weather conditions, carrier or transit hub backlogs, and occasional customs processing or inspection , which may extend transit time.
Tracking updates may pause during transit and do not necessarily indicate that a package is lost. Shipping delays alone do not qualify for unconditional refunds or cancellations, especially for custom-made items.
Lost Packages
A shipment is considered lost only after official confirmation from the carrier, based on their investigation and policies. If tracking shows no movement for 30 consecutive days, the shipment may be classified as lost by the carrier.
Once a package is officially declared lost, we will offer either:
- A full refund, or
- A replacement
