Since every piece is custom-made, we can’t offer unconditional refunds unless something’s wrong. You’ll get multiple revisions during the draft. After you approve the draft and crafting begins, cancellations receive a 20% refund of the order total.

Sometimes what makes a pet truly special isn’t their fur color, but the way they move and express themselves. The way they sit, tilt their head, or simply look at you carries something only their family can recognize.

Together with Zephyr Hstudio, a wool-felt portrait studio, we bring your pet’s spirit to life through wool, fingertips, and patience. From the first mockup to the final piece, we take care with every step. We hope to create something that feels just right and holds the feeling they bring into your life.

Each portrait takes many hours to handcraft. We focus not only on how they look, but also on the small expressions that make them yours. It is more than a portrait. It is a quiet story we create with you, a way to remember someone special and keep them close.

Each piece is framed in solid walnut or beech wood, with a soft off-white mat that brings warmth and a lasting presence to your home.

How it Works

1. Choose the style and upload the photo
Pick your preferred background color and frame material. Then upload clear reference photos along with any notes for your order. If you have more requests after placing your order, feel free to email us before we start crafting.
2. Receive digital drafts through email
We’ll email you mockups within 2-5 days so you can confirm the composition, choose which photo to use, and decide on the background color before we begin crafting. You’re welcome to request changes at this stage.
3. Wait for the artwork to be created
Once the draft is confirmed, your piece will be handcrafted within 1 to 3 weeks, depending on the complexity and the number of orders in the queue. If you need it sooner, feel free to let us know. We’ll do our best to see if it’s possible.
4. Final check for tweaks
We’ll email you the final look for any last-minute tweaks, in case you’d like to request small adjustments. Once everything feels just right, we’ll carefully pack and ship your order within about 2 weeks.
